    Hi! I’m a sleep therapist, educator, and international bestselling author with 21 years of experience helping people achieve excellent sleep.

    I’ve always been a leader—as a kid, I led other kids to shine. In my twenties, I helped teens and adults improve their sleep and enjoyment of life. In my thirties, I pioneered Holistic Sleep therapy and a corporate program based on thousands of hours of clinical practice. In my forties, I founded the Sleep and Dream Foundation. And now, in my 50’s I’m leading a global sleep resurgence.
