Ahna de Vena is a global sleep and wellness consultant. She specialises in programs that improve workplace results by teaching people how to sleep well and wake up productive.

Ahna works with organisations, government agencies and individuals, addressing the global health crisis of sleep deprivation. She has worked for international organisations in Geneva, including the International Labour Office and The Australian Mission.

Her unique approach to sleep improvement is the result of two decades of clinical observation in her private practice as a holistic sleep therapist, group facilitation and her personal recovery from insomnia. Her audio sleep guide currently features on Qantas inflight entertainment.
